📦 Shipping Policy

We make shipping smooth, simple, and secure—for both buyers and sellers.

🛍️ For Sellers:

Once your item sells, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label via email.
Here’s what to do:

  1. Package the wig or topper securely in a clean, protective box.

  2. Include any original packaging if available.

  3. Attach the prepaid label and drop it off within 3 business days.

Late shipping may impact your seller status, so please ship on time.


📬 For Buyers:

Once your item ships, you’ll receive tracking details and delivery updates. Most items arrive within 5–7 business days after shipping.

If your order hasn’t arrived after 10 days, or if tracking hasn’t updated in 72 hours, reach out to us at hello@manemarketplace.com and we’ll look into it.


🌍 Where We Ship:

Currently, we ship within the United States only. We’re working on expanding internationally—stay tuned!


📦 Lost or Damaged Items:

All shipments include basic tracking and insurance. If your item arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, email us immediately with photos and details. We’ll help you resolve the issue quickly.


💡 Tip for Sellers:

Use a wig stand or form inside the package if possible to help preserve shape during transit. Clean, well-packed items lead to happier buyers and better reviews!
