1. About Mane Marketplace

Mane Marketplace is a peer-to-peer platform where users can buy and sell luxury wigs and hair toppers. We provide the platform, but do not own or sell the items listed—each transaction is between individual users.

2. Eligibility

To use Mane Marketplace, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Provide accurate, complete account information

  • Comply with all applicable laws

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Listings & Sales

Sellers must provide honest, accurate, and detailed listings. Items must be:

  • Clean and in sellable condition

  • Accurately described, including brand, color, size, and any flaws

  • From approved luxury wig and hair topper brands

Buyers are responsible for reviewing listings and asking questions before purchasing.

4. Payments & Fees

We process all payments securely. Sellers receive funds after the buyer confirms the item or after 3 days of confirmed delivery, whichever comes first. Platform fees may apply and will be clearly outlined during the listing process.

5. Shipping & Returns

Sellers are responsible for timely shipping using provided prepaid labels. Buyers must report any issues within 3 days of delivery. All sales are final unless the item is significantly not as described.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

  • List counterfeit or non-approved items

  • Misrepresent product details

  • Harass or abuse other users

  • Circumvent the platform for off-site transactions

  • Use the platform for illegal or deceptive purposes

7. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

  • Violate these Terms

  • Engage in fraudulent or unsafe behavior

  • Harm the experience or trust of other users

8. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, and original content on Mane Marketplace are the property of Mane Marketplace and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Mane Marketplace is not liable for:

  • Buyer or seller disputes (we will be the middle person to make a final decision)

  • Delayed shipments or delivery issues

  • User-generated content or product misrepresentation

We do our best to protect your experience but cannot guarantee the actions of users on the platform. Please look for verified sellers.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We’ll notify you of significant changes via email or the site. Your continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.
